今年ももうすぐ終りますね。
今年も皆様には大変お世話になりました。
心より御礼申し上げます。ありがとうございます。
毎年、年の瀬になると、あっという間に一年が終わってしまう事に驚き、名残惜しい気持ちになりますが、ここ数年は早く新しい年になって、新年こそは良い年になって欲しいと願う気持ちの方が強くなっています。

唯一、今月のワールドカップだけは良い意味で興奮できた月でしたが、３年に渡って続いたコロナが終りきらないうちに、次はウクライナで戦争が始まり、全く心の休まらない一年でした。
技術や人々の生活は進化したように思えても、人の心とはなかなか成長できないものなのですね。
そんな事を考えながら歳を越す事はとても寂しいことです。

来年こそは皆が少しでも幸せを感じ、穏やかに過ごせる年となりますよう、心よりお祈り致しております。
上の絵は、スペインの最西端、ガリシア地方の半島にいくつかある灯台の一つ、ビラン灯台とその先の大西洋に射す夕日です。
未来には光があると信じる私の気持ちを絵にしました。
この絵は来年早々に開催する私の個展に出品する絵です。
どうか良い年をお迎え下さい。

I sincerely hope that next year will be a year in which everyone can feel as happy and peaceful as possible.
The painting above shows the Vilán lighthouse, one of the lighthouses on the Galician peninsula, the westernmost region of Spain, and the sun setting over the Atlantic Ocean.
I painted this picture to express my conviction that there is light in the future.
This painting will be part of my solo exhibition early next year.

Espero sinceramente que el año que viene sea un año en el que todos puedan sentirse lo más felices y tranquilos posible.
La cuadro de arriba muestra el faro de Vilán, uno de los faros de la península de Galicia, la región más occidental de España, y la puesta de sol sobre el océano Atlántico.
Pinté este cuadro para expresar mi convicción de que hay luz en el futuro.
Este cuadro formará parte de mi exposición individual a principios del año que viene.
