TRACES ON THE WALL: WHERE WORD AND PAINTINGS RESONATE— AN EXPERIMENTAL APPROACH

This series represents my recent work, expanding from years of realist painting into a freer, more experimental expression.
Yet, beneath these layered processes, a common theme breathes quietly: the void.
This void, which at first glance appears empty, is a vital realm that expands the viewer’s imagination.
I believe it is precisely within these silent spaces that a profound serenity and rich meaning dwell—both within the artwork and the human heart.
In Japan, we have the concept of Kotodama (言霊), the belief that spiritual power resides within spoken words.
I hold a quiet hope that the words inscribed upon the canvas and the imagery beside them will resonate, generating a beautiful vibration at an invisible frequency.

本シリーズは、写実絵画で培った技術を基盤としながら、より自由で実験的な表現へと展開した近年の試みです。
これらの絵の中には、常に「余白」という共通のテーマが息づいています。
一見すると何もないように見えるその「余白」とは、鑑賞者に想像の幅をもたらす重要な空間であり、
そんな何もない場所にこそ、絵にも人の心にも深い安らぎと豊かな意味が宿ると信じているからです。
日本には、発した言葉に力が宿るという「言霊（ことだま）」の思想があります。
画面に刻まれた言葉と、そこに添えられた絵。
そのふたつの存在が響き合い、目に見えない周波数の美しい共振を起こすのではないか。
そんな静かな期待を込めながら、今日も新しい絵を求め、キャンバスに向かっています。
